The SEABLOOM name, brand identity, logos, trademarks, product names, product images, packaging designs, website content, photographs, graphics, text, videos and other original materials displayed on this website are the property of SEABLOOM or are used by SEABLOOM with appropriate authorization.
1. Protection of Brand and Intellectual Property
No person, business, seller, distributor, website, social media account or other entity may use, reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit the SEABLOOM name, logo, packaging, product photographs, website content or other proprietary materials without prior written authorization.
Where the SEABLOOM trademark is registered, applicable rights and remedies may arise under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, including in relation to unauthorized use of a registered mark in trade.
2. Unauthorized Use of SEABLOOM Name
Any unauthorized use of the SEABLOOM name or branding in connection with the sale, promotion, advertising, distribution or representation of products may be treated as an infringement or other unlawful use, depending on the circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using the SEABLOOM name to sell unauthorized products.
- Creating websites or social-media accounts that falsely appear to be associated with SEABLOOM.
- Copying or reproducing SEABLOOM packaging or product images.
- Using SEABLOOM photographs or marketing material without permission.
- Representing yourself as an authorized SEABLOOM seller, representative or distributor without authorization.
- Using our brand identity to promote counterfeit, altered or unauthorized products.
3. Misuse or Unauthorized Representation of Products
SEABLOOM products should only be used according to the instructions, ingredients, warnings and other information provided on the product packaging.
No person is authorized to make medical, therapeutic, disease-treatment, disease-prevention or other claims about SEABLOOM products that are not supported or authorized by SEABLOOM.
Advertising and product representations should accurately reflect the actual characteristics and conditions of the product. Applicable Indian e-commerce rules prohibit misrepresentation of goods and require advertising to be consistent with the actual characteristics and usage conditions of the goods.
4. Misuse of Our Brand for Personal or Commercial Activities
The SEABLOOM name, logo, product images or other brand assets must not be used to:

5. Legal Action
SEABLOOM reserves the right to take appropriate action against unauthorized use, infringement, counterfeiting, impersonation, misleading representation or other misuse of its intellectual property and brand identity.
Depending on the nature and circumstances of the violation, SEABLOOM may issue a cease-and-desist/legal notice, request removal of the infringing material, seek takedown of unauthorized online content, suspend or terminate authorized arrangements where applicable, and pursue other remedies available under applicable law.
Nothing in this notice limits any rights or remedies available to SEABLOOM under applicable law.
6. Product Claims and Consumer Information
SEABLOOM aims to provide accurate information regarding its products, ingredients, usage and nutritional characteristics.
Customers and third parties must not create or publish false, misleading or exaggerated claims about SEABLOOM products. Indian consumer-protection rules address misleading advertisements and false or misleading representations concerning products.
7. No Unauthorized Association
Unless expressly authorized in writing, no individual or organization may represent that it is an official partner, employee, agent, distributor, representative or affiliate of SEABLOOM.
8. Reporting Misuse
